What leasing options are available?

​Our leases are typically 12 months, but we do offer a variety of options. Contact us for more details. 

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

​Yes, the security deposit is equal to the amount of the first month of rent. And yes, the entire deposit is refundable as long as the apartment is left in the condition it was when residents move-in. 

Are utilities included?

​Residents are responsible to pay their own utilities. 

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, renter's insurance is required for the apartment. The amount for a personal renter's policy is up to the resident. 

Can the apartment be listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

​Leases are locked into the contract that you sign before you move-in, you'll need to reach out to the leasing office to discuss this in depth if needed. 

What is an individual lease? Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared common spaces). We offer a single lease with every adult on the same lease.

Is there an application fee?

​Yes, the application fee is $70. (Pricing is subject to change.)

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

​We do offer door-to-door trash pickup and recycling. We're happy to do our part to help! 

Are apartments cable ready? If so who is the provider? Is there a separate charge?

​Yes, our apartments are cable ready. Resident sets up their own account with a cable provider. 

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​We offer package concierge for your convenience. 

What is the smoking policy?

​We are pleased to be a smoke-free community. All smoking is prohibited in all locations on the premises, including, but not limited to, apartments, patios, parking lots, garages, green spaces, and common areas.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet-friendly community and welcome your furry friends. We do collect pet fees and a monthly pet rent and city-based breed restrictions apply. Refer to our Pet Policy or contact us for further details.  

What is the parking situation?

​Oversized one- or two-car attached garage parking is included for each apartment. 

What schools serve the community?

​There are both private and public schools in the area. Public schools include Downtown School (elementary), Broday Middle School, and Lincoln High School. Private schools nearby are St. Anthony Elementary School serves PK-8 and The Keystone School serves middle and high school students. 

When were these apartments built?

​The 5Fifty5 apartment community was built in 2016. 

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

​Floor coverings include wood-style plank flooring and carpeting.

What type of appliances are available in these apartments?

​Our contemporary urban-style kitchens feature granite countertops, a work island, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, electric range, microwave, and disposal. 

Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?

​Yes. Apartments feature in-home front-loader washers and dryers. 

Is there a bathtub or just a shower?

​Bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination setup.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

​Yes! We want to make sure you're comfortable year-round.

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?

​With a good Wi-Fi connection, our apartments are great for working remotely, particularly if you choose a two- or three-bedroom floor plan and use one of the bedrooms for your office.
